To whom it may concern, I am not sure as to who I should send this letter so I am hoping that this will work as I have something that I would really like to speak about during my recent trip to Donetsk. I came to Donetsk in order to meet Eugenia on the 31st of August. Upon my arrival to the local agency for my meeting I met several of the office staff who were all very friendly ladies and made me feel welcome there even though I had showed up over an hour early for my meeting with Eugenia. I greatly appreciate the welcome they gave me and the hospitality they showed me, but this is not the reason for my letter but I wanted to give them acknowledgment as well. The person that I really want to bring attention to is the translator that I received by the name of Klara. I have to say that I was greatly impressed with personality and attitude between Eugenia and myself while I was there. I feel that if I would have had any other translator that odds are my experience and the fate of my relationship with Eugenia would not have gone as well as they did. Because of Klara's personality, attitude, and good nature we all had a great time while I was in Donetsk. Klara was very helpful in everything that I needed or had questions about and greatly helped Eugenia and myself communicate to one another. Klara was more than just a hired translator she was a friend and will remain as such forever. I can't thank Klara enough for everything that she had done for Eugenia and myself even though she may not know it she greatly helped our relationship and now we are both wanting to continue on with our relationship to see where it will lead as we both have feelings for one another. I have been trying to learn the Russian language but I have to teach myself via audio discs and trying to find online courses. Even though I am not able to speak a great deal in the language yet Klara helped me continue to try to apply what I had learned to some of the conversations that I had with Eugenia. She always had a smile on her face and was always in a very pleasant mood. She kept me from getting frustrated when I could not recall how to say something in Russian and would help me when I pronounced something incorrectly. The three of us had a great time joking, laughing, and conversing in order to learn more about Eugenia and myself and to see where our relationship would go. I honestly feel that do to the helpful hand and great personality that she showed towards Eugenia and myself she helped to lighten the amount of nervousness and stress that Eugenia and I were feeling on our first meeting. She made the atmosphere around us very pleasant and enjoyable. Eugenia and I have discussed it and I plan to come back out and continue to see her. I am hoping that the feelings that we have for one another will continue to grow and that we will become a success story for the agency and for ourselves. I have decided that upon my next trip to Donetsk that I will want to have Klara as my translator again as Eugenia and I both liked her greatly and she made us both always feel comfortable. Her personality was a great match to ours and I can honestly say that I owe Klara a great deal of thanks for everything that she had done for us both while I was there. I would greatly appreciate it if you could please forward a copy of this letter to the Donetsk Branch Office so that Klara may see my praise and thanks. She is a remarkable translator and a great woman. I am honored to call her a friend and to have had the pleasure of meeting her and having her as my translator. Thank you Klara for all that you have done for us and I look forward to having your services again in the next couple of months. Sincerely, Matthew
