Notes about trip reservation

Would you please inform us about your arrival in one month before you suppose to come to Ukraine, especially if you are coming to Odessa, as there maybe some problems with the hotel reservataion (especially in the summertime). If you have some changes in your trip schedule, would you inform our trip manager about them in two weeks before.

Please, contact The Embassy of Ukraine in your country to find out the exact list of documents you will need to get a visa to enter Ukraine. Our company provides only Confirmed Hotel Reservation Letter, we don’t provide any other visa support.

This package is our entry-level in having upgraded accommodations and the ability to access unlimited ladies.

If you are traveling through Ukraine, if you wish to visit any of our branches you can ask to arrange the meeting with any lady(s) of your choice from our Gallery of ladies Every first time introduction should take place in our LOCAL offices only.

You are welcome to visit the www.ualadys.com office at any time. We have at all times approximately 30-50 new ladies that have not been added to our gallery of ladies. This will allow you the opportunity to view & meet the new fresh faces of www.ualadys.com, which have yet to been seen by the world.

  • You will be supplied with a translator (if necessary) and coffee or tea!!!!!!
  • An hour of translation costs additionally $15
  • Each "1 on 1" introduction is for 30 minutes
  • Each FIRST introduction includes 30 minutes of translation FREE

Car transportation from\to International Airport

If you need a car transportation in Ukraine or in case you order a trip package to the branches that don't have an International Airport, you may order transportation by car from the nearest airport with our company See the trip map


PRICE:


1 km = $2.00


If you order one of our TRIP PACKAGES, you get a discount of 10% for your car transportation around Ukraine. If you order car transportation for the distance of more than 1000 km - you get a discount of 20%.

All checks that bounce at bank the client will be charged $30 bounce check and service fee.....and if customers have already received their credit then only those credits will be frozen... once customers make the payment in full then we will release the credits back to them.

Deposit and refund policy

1. Deposit Policy.

We must have your payment in full (100%) before we can begin arranging your trip. Payment in full is due 30 day prior to your arrival.

2. Late reservations are accepted but are subject to an additional fee; we must work over-time in order to organize your trip and to do extra-time booking hotel and cars delivery.

Late reservations: less than 30 days prior to your arrival to Ukraine. less than 7 days prior to your arrival to Ukraine. less than 3 days prior to your arrival to Ukraine.
Price changes: + $100 extra fee +15% of the total cost of the trip (with cars) +25% of the total cost of the trip (with cars)

3. Refund Policy is as follows:

Cancellation: over 45 days prior to arrival 30-45 days prior to arrival 15-30 days prior to arrival 0-15 days prior to arrival
Refund: 90% refund 70% refund 50% refund No refund

$250 of the above funds received will be deducted as an administrative fee for cancellation. All cancellations must be put in writing and mailed to www.ualadys.com New York City office by "Return Receipt". All time frames above are based on date of arrival at the Local International Airport. Tour packages are Payable in U.S. dollars only. Allow an additional 10 days for check clearance.
