The apartment is situated on the 7th floor of a nine-storey house, which has 2 modern always working elevators. The advantage of the apartment is not only that it is fully equipped with everything necessary, but also the fact that the views from the windows and balcony are breathtaking. You will have a possibility to see all the parades, carnivals right from your window, and moreover you will see the entire city from the bird’s eye views. There is nothing to say about all restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, which are just near the house where the apartment is situated.
