Lugansk is a wonderful city (with a population about 600.000 people) with a great number of historical monuments, parks, forests, lakes. Lugansk looks very beautiful in the summertime when the whole city is buried in verdure. It is a very quiet and peaceful piece of Ukrainian culture where the time seems to stop. But at the same time there are many modern night clubs, restaurants that correspond to European standards.
