Our branch in Ternopil’
Ternopil’ is a city in western part of Ukraine. It is an economic, business and cultural center of the Ternopil’area. The beauty of Ternopil’region is glorified and described by songers, poets and artists. Many famous people of Ukraine were born here.
Ternopil’ is located on picturesque banks of the river Seret. Moreover, there is a lake in the center of city, that makes Ternopil’ more attractive for visitors.
The name Ternopil’ comes from words “ternove” (sloe) “pole” (field) because of legend that says that in old times blackthorn was grown all around the city (“blackthorn” in ukrainian sounds like “teren”).

According to the one of the legends Chernigov takes its name from to the “black forests” or “cherny forests” around the city. Chernigov was first time mentioned in 907 in the agreement between Rus and Byzantine as the second biggest city of Kyivan Rus after Kyiv.The biography of Chernigov and of the whole of Chernigov region is widely represented in the Historical Museum, one in the oldest and richest in Ukraine. The museum contains the archaeological collection, the numismatic collection, the collection of old printed books, the collection of Cossack Arms and equipment. Side by side with the Historical Museum there is the Art Museum where 5 thousand pieces of painting, sculpture and decorative and applied art are presented. Art expositions are also displayed in the premises of Chernigov Collegium which is a part of the National Architectural – Historical Museum “Old Chernigov”.

Ilyichevsk is situated at the Black Sea seaside, 30 kilometers away south-west from Odessa.
